OUR ACTIVITIES DURING THE FAIR
Our fair will be opened with an official opening ceremony to which our esteemed exhibitors and protocol will attend. A fashion show will take the stage where participating companies can exhibit their latest trends and afterwards a cocktail will be arranged where all the exhibitors and visitors can meet. Genciz Fair Organization will hold seminars and panels in cooperation with the professional chambers, associations and educational institutions as a part of the fair.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATION
Genciz Fair Organization maintains negotiations with the hotels in order to have the participants and guests accommodate in economical conditions and checks the campaign prices to let relevant people know.

INSURANCE 
Genciz Fair Organization assures “third party liability” insurance in order to guarantee the responsibility of the fair. However, it recommends that all the exhibitors should get their own insurances for the products and materials they will exhibit against the physical risks such as burglary, fire, flood and earthquake.
